Are you creative, social-media savvy, and passionate about community? Witton Lodge Community Association (WLCA) is looking for a Communications & Community Engagement Assistant to help share stories that inspire and connect people in our community.

Working as part of a friendly, dedicated team, you'll support our Communications & Community Engagement Manager and Coordinator to design, produce and share engaging content that celebrates local people, projects, and opportunities. From creating engaging social media content and visuals to photographing local events and capturing community voices, no two days will be the same. You'll help manage our digital platforms using Hootsuite, write blogs and newsletters, design digital and print materials, and assist events with creative promotion, photography & video support. You'll also help monitor analytics, maintain calendars and resources, and keep our communications running smoothly behind the scenes.

We're looking for someone who's creative, organised, and a natural team player. You'll be confident using social media, web, design, and editing tools, with a talent for spotting good stories and presenting them in fresh, engaging ways. If you enjoy producing creative digital and print content and you're passionate about community life and digital trends, this is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact with a team that values collaboration, creativity, and positive change.
