The Opportunity
We are seeking a part time Administrator to join our team in Montrose. You will be responsible for supporting our branch with all things admin, ensuring customers' receive a rapid response and assist with the smooth running of the branch. If you are organised, efficient and have an eye for detail, then this is the role for you

- 20 hours per week - Monday to Friday – No weekends.

Responsibilities of an Administrator
- Managing the branch email inbox and replies.
- Extensive communication via email and telephone internal and external customers.
- Raising purchase orders and invoicing.
- Raising work orders.
- Electronic filing and reporting vehicle defects.
- Updating the waste log.
- Updating our CRM.
- Supporting the warehouse and driving team with admin duties.
Skills and experience required.
- Computer skills – familiar with Excel and Word
- Administrative experience
- Has an eye for detail and takes pride in their work.
