Salary: £62,552 - £66,997

At CTP we are looking to recruit Senior Delivery Business Analyst into our Business Development, Strategy and Demand Team. You will ensure proposed solutions align with business goals and objectives, whilst achieving the required outcomes and expected benefits. You will do this by ensuring your team of business analysts apply effective business analysis skillsets within the project delivery lifecycle. You will work closely with your team providing expert advice and guidance to ensure artefacts are managed, implemented to a high quality and deliver the greatest value.

Your background must include; leading a team(s) / staff management and experience of business analysis in a delivery environment. You must have a high degree of written communication skills and be able to develop a range of documentation formats in order to provide information in a manner suitable for the target audience. Managing multiple concurrent projects should not phase you.

• Experience of Business Analysis; Experience requirements gathering & documentation, process analysis & improvement
• Experience of delivering projects using Agile Methodologies; user stories, backlog management

Desirable Skills & Experience

• Knowledge of National CT network and SO business group
• 6 years' experience as a Business Analyst in a delivery environment

Vetting and STRAP

This post requires access to the most sensitive intelligence material on a daily basis. Applicants must hold or be prepared to undergo National Security Vetting (NSV) Developed Vetting (DV) level before taking up the post.

Additionally, this material is of particular sensitivity to the UK and its distribution must be restricted to UK nationals. In approved circumstances dual nationals (of which one element is British) may also be granted access. However, in the event that potential conflicts of interest cannot be managed the post holder will not be able to see the intelligence material and will not be able to perform their duties. For the purpose of safeguarding national security and in line with Cabinet Office Policy, supported by Section 82(2) to (4) of the Police Reform Act (2002), applicants who do not hold or acquire Developed Vetting (DV) clearance and meet the nationality requirements cannot be offered the post.

Confidentiality Agreement

Applicants should also be aware of the need to sign a confidentiality agreement on taking up the post.

Additional Information

Accommodation requirements will be considered on an individual case by case basis and subject to consultation with the business manager. If accommodation is offered to Chief Insp rank and below it will be allocated as a shared residence. Accommodation will not be supported for those in the Home Counties.

Successful candidates may also be entitled to reasonable excess travel fares, this would be subject to prior consultation.

This secondment will be for a period of 2 years, extendable to 5 years subject to annual reviews and based in London although some UK travel will be required.
