Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team, responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to creating a safe and welcoming environment for clients and visitors. Previous experience is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided. This position is an evening position Monday to Friday 6pm to 7:30pm. NO WEEKEND OR BANK HOLIDAYS.

POSITION IS BASED IN QUORN

Duties

  • Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including floors, surfaces, windows, and fixtures
  • Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standard
  • Use appropriate cleaning equipment and products safely and effectively
  • Maintain cleanliness of cleaning equipment and storage areas
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly
  • Assist with organising supplies and restocking consumables as needed
  • Communicate effectively with team members and clients to meet their specific cleaning requirements

Experience

  • Previous experience in cleaning or related roles is desirable but not mandatory
  • Good command of English, both spoken and written, for clear communication
  • Customer service skills to interact professionally with client
  • Strong communication skills to coordinate tasks efficiently within the team
