Help shape the future of a mission-led, strengths-based consultancy

At TalentPredix, we're here to make work more human. We help organisations build thriving workplaces by unlocking strengths and potential in individuals, teams, and leaders.

We're looking for an experienced Talent Consulting & Operations Director who can play a key role in shaping how we grow, deliver, and innovate. This is a strategic leadership role with real influence. You'll blend commercial thinking, consulting expertise, operational capability, and people leadership to drive our next stage of growth.

If you're excited by the idea of making a visible difference in a small, values-driven company where your strengths are seen and trusted, this is a rare opportunity.

The Role

This role combines
consulting, operations, leadership, and client growth
. You'll work closely with the Managing Director and leadership team to:

  • Lead and deliver high-impact strengths-based consulting, team development, and coaching work
  • Oversee our internal operations so that delivery is smooth, scalable, and excellent
  • Build strong client relationships and support business development efforts
  • Guide how we continue to evolve and refine the TalentPredix platform and methodology
  • Develop and support the consulting and operations team as we grow

There is a
clear development pathway
for this role to grow into a more senior leadership position over time.

What You'll Do

Consulting & Coaching

  • Lead client engagements and facilitate strengths-based development programmes
  • Deliver practitioner certification, workshops, and team development sessions
  • Provide executive coaching and assessment debriefs to leaders and managers

Operations & Delivery

  • Oversee project delivery, resourcing, and operational planning
  • Improve internal systems, workflows, and delivery processes so the business can scale
  • Ensure strong client experience and quality standards across all services

Client Growth & Partnerships

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships that lead to repeat and long-term work
  • Support the development of tailored proposals, pitches, and solutions
  • Represent TalentPredix at events, webinars, and thought leadership forums

Innovation & Research

  • Lead or oversee research and validation work that strengthens our assessment tools
  • Support continuous improvement of content, methodology, and IP development
  • Keep up to date with trends in organisational psychology, leadership, and culture

Leadership & Team Development

  • Provide coaching, guidance, and support to the consulting and delivery team
  • Help build a collaborative culture grounded in strengths, curiosity, and growth

We'd Love to Hear from You If You:

  • Have experience in consulting, talent development, or organisational psychology
  • Have led or delivered leadership development programmes or team workshops
  • Are skilled at managing multiple workstreams and keeping delivery smooth
  • Are commercially minded and confident engaging with senior client stakeholders
  • Communicate with clarity, warmth, and credibility
  • Enjoy variety and thrive in small, purpose-driven teams
  • Are excited by the idea of building something, not just maintaining it

Bonus strengths:

  • Practitioner training or coaching accreditation
  • Strong research or psychometrics knowledge
  • Experience working in a scale-up or consulting environment

What We Offer

  • Earnings tied to impact (estimated OTE c. £80,000 in year 1), with the option to take a stake in the business
  • Hybrid working (Wimbledon office blended with remote working)
  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
  • Extra day off for your birthday
  • Two paid volunteering days each year
  • Pension scheme
  • Ongoing learning, mentoring, and career development
  • A bright, supportive, strengths-focused culture
  • Real leadership growth opportunities as we expand
