We're looking for a proactive and experienced Repairs Supervisor to manage a skilled team of operatives delivering high-quality responsive repairs across social housing properties in Crawley.

?? What You'll Do

  • ? Lead and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the responsive repairs team
  • ?? Ensure all repair works are completed on time and to the highest standards
  • ??? Carry out site visits and oversee office-based planning and reporting
  • ?? Monitor team performance, compliance, and health & safety requirements
  • ?? Build strong relationships with residents, contractors, and internal teams to resolve issues quickly and effectively

?? What We're Looking For

  • ?? SSSTS certification (minimum requirement)
  • ??? Proven experience in social housing repairs
  • ?? Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
  • ?? Ability to work across both site and office environments
  • ?? Local to Crawley with a full UK driving licence

?? Desirable Skills

  • ??? Previous experience managing repairs within a social housing setting
  • ?? Familiarity with housing management systems and reporting tools
