What We're Looking For

We seek skilled hospitality professionals with a genuine passion for the industry. Your responsibilities will include,but are not limited to:

  • Managing and operating our online booking platform,OpenTable
  • Recording the guest journey and creating profiles for each visitor
  • Answering phones,managing reservations,and addressing guest inquiries
  • Seating guests and gathering information about special occasions,requests,and allergens,ensuring accurate communication with colleagues to provide a seamless guest experience
