Are you passionate about improving digital experiences and driving customer engagement through data-driven insights? We're looking for a Product Performance Coordinator to help shape the future of our digital platforms across V12 Retail Finance and V12 Personal Finance.

What You'll Be Doing

In this exciting and varied role, you'll:

  • Coordinate and manage product improvements and regulatory changes across digital customer touchpoints.
  • Support the development and delivery of enhancements to the V12 App and other digital platforms.
  • Lead marketing and servicing campaigns to boost app adoption and customer engagement.
  • Monitor and report on KPIs across all customer channels, identifying trends and opportunities.
  • Translate customer behaviour data into actionable insights that drive innovation.
  • Submit business change proposals and support their implementation.
  • Collaborate with project managers and business leaders to deliver user-centric solutions that meet regulatory and business expectations.
What You'll Bring
  • Experience working with digital products or customer-facing platforms, ideally in financial services.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and a knack for turning data into clear recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with regulated environments and customer journey mapping is a plus.
  • Understanding of personal finance products is desirable.

Experience with the following tools is beneficial:

  • Excel – for data manipulation and performance tracking.
  • Power BI – for dashboard creation and KPI visualisation.
  • SQL – for querying and extracting data.
  • Google Analytics – for monitoring digital engagement.
  • Figma – for collaborating on UI/UX design.
