In the role you will be reporting to the Lead BIM Manager. You will be responsible for overseeing Construction Record Drawings (C-sheets) which will require experience in technical drawings/design.

Your Skills Profile should include:

BIM experience including coordination and enhancements

Proven experience in Design Coordination, ideally with major construction company or sub-contractor

Hands-on experience with Revit and Navisworks demonstrating a strong understanding of digital coordination workflows

Your communication skills will need to be effective, and you will have the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, showing us strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills

Experience providing training and mentoring in BIM, digital tools, and structured data management

Key Responsibilities​

Oversee the coordination with architectural, structural and MEP components using BIM tools (Revit, Revizto)​

​Report on project milestones, progress, and performance indicators to senior management and stakeholders​

Oversee the production and maintenance of comprehensive digital documentation

Ensure quality assurance and adherence to project standards across all documentation and deliverables​

Promote best practices in digital construction and foster a collaborative working environment across project teams​

Liaise with consultants, production teams, contractors, and supply chain partners to ensure clear communication and collaborative problem-solving​

Represent the function at design coordination, progress, and technical meetings​
