Frontier AI Programme

The programme combines structured learning, industry certifications, and applied project experience into a single training journey. Our approach balances technical depth with practical application, ensuring individuals not only understand AI but can deploy it in real-world contexts, and perform critical roles aligned to organisations transformation journey. The programme follows three key steps:

  1. Training

Your journey begins with 12 weeks of free, full-time training led by our expert instructors. We'll equip you with the essential technical and consulting skills you need to thrive in your first data and AI role.

  1. Certification

You'll earn an industry-recognised certification aligned with one of our tech partners, including Google, AWS, Snowflake, Databricks, and IBM. Digital Futures covers the full cost of your certification.

  1. Employment

Once you graduate, we'll deploy you into a data and AI role with one of our clients. Upon securing your deployment, you'll become a permanent employee of Digital Futures and begin working as a data and AI consultant one of the world's most innovative companies.

Key Programme Information

o Locations: Roles with our clients are available across the UK, including London, Stevenage, Bristol, Norwich, Leeds, Sheffield, Halifax, and York. You must be willing to either commute to or relocate to one of these cities for your deployment.

o Salary (Once deployed to a client site. Please note that the training period is unpaid.):

o Year 1: £27,500 per annum, plus benefits

o Year 2: £32,000 per annum, plus benefits (subject to a performance review)

o Benefits: As a permanent Digital Futures employee, you'll receive a comprehensive benefits package, pension contributions, and access to an Employee Referral Scheme.

o Dates: The full-time programme runs Monday to Friday, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

o Eligibility: You must have the full right to work in the UK to apply.
