This role is ideal for someone who is enthusiastic, proactive and committed to supporting children's learning and wellbeing. The ideal candidate will already hold a relevant Level 6 qualification or an equivalent award and have experience leading whole class learning with confidence and creativity.

You will work closely with teachers and support staff to create a positive, collaborative and enjoyable learning atmosphere where every child can succeed.
The sense of community is genuine and deeply embedded in the day-to-day life of the staff. It is a setting where colleagues feel valued, supported and part of something meaningful. Staff wellbeing is prioritised, professional development is encouraged and the leadership team is committed to helping every member of staff flourish.
