Children's Residential Support Worker

Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £25,012 to £27,417 per annum plus £65 per sleep in
We require Children's Residential Support Workers to work shifts at one of our residential homes for children and young people. The home is a 2 bed, mixed EBD home in Staining, rated OFSTED Good. All our homes are Ofsted rated Good or Outstanding
Gracewells provide exemplary care and support for young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties.
Our homes are detached modern working environments, with most bedrooms having en-suite bathrooms.
The working attention of a residential support worker will focus on young people's daily support and preparations for adulthood.
We will support your learning and professional development and pay for your Level 4 Diploma in Residential Childcare if you don't already have this qualification.
A Rewarding Package
We provide a salary and benefits package to reward your hard work and commitment. The range on offer depends on your experience and qualifications.
A shift-based working pattern to an average of 37 hours per week with the opportunity to work additional hours
The basic salary is from £25,012 to £27, 417 subject to qualifications
In addition, sleep-ins are paid at £65 each
A performance-related bonus worth up to £1800 per year for qualifying employees
- Employer-matched pension contributions of up to 3%

- Food is provided while working in the home
- Free Gym Membership ( including classes ) at YourGym
- Staff Referral Rewards Scheme
We will fund your DBS fee if you are not on the "update" service
Requirements
A valid UK driver's Licence is required
