About the Role

You will work closely with a highly experienced team that values collaboration, professional development and long-term career growth. The division has a strong track record of nurturing valuers in the early stages of their post-qualification careers, with a stable and long-serving team environment.

This role offers exposure to high-profile "trophy" assets and a wide range of lending clients, including international investment banks, debt funds, alternative lenders and clearing banks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Undertake Red Book valuations of commercial property across London and the South East, including offices, industrial/logistics and retail.

• Prepare detailed valuation reports to a consistently high standard.

• Liaise effectively with clients, colleagues and wider internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and excellent service delivery.

• Review, interpret and analyse leases, tenancy information and market data.

• Carry out research, inspections and financial modelling to support valuation conclusions.

• Manage instructions from initial quotation through to final report delivery.

• Support marketing and networking initiatives to help strengthen client relationships.

Key Skills & Experience

  • MRICS qualified, with experience in Red Book valuation (essential).

• Strong analytical, numerical and report-writing skills.

• High level of attention to detail and strong organisational abilities.

• Proactive, self-motivated and capable of working independently.

• Confident communicator with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

• Ability to interpret complex leases and tenancy schedules.

• Strong commercial awareness and good understanding of market dynamics.

• Experience using Argus (or similar valuation software) is highly desirable.

• Sociable, confident and willing to participate in networking and business development.

• Strategic approach to problem solving and ability to use initiative.

Join a dynamic, supportive team with a strong development culture, where you'll gain exposure to leading global lenders, work on high-profile commercial assets across diverse sectors, and benefit from an excellent platform for career progression in valuation.
