Finance & Office Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance/Office Assistant to support our finance and administrative operations. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, maintaining organized systems, and contributing to a collaborative office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day financial operations including invoicing, expenses, and reconciliations
- Support payroll processing and maintain accurate records
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
- Maintain filing systems (digital and physical) and ensure document accuracy
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in finance, accounting, or administrative support
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and accounting software would be beneficial.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £12.50-£13.50 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 27.5 per week
