We are looking for a Care Assistant to join our team on Days at Rookwood Residential Home

Hours - 36hrs per week - Enhanced rate for medication administration.

As a Care Assistant you will be:
  • Providing high quality personal care, social interaction and stimulation to residents;
  • Promoting independence and enablement and providing any support to the residents where necessary;
  • Ensuring electronic residents' personalised interactions are inputted on the system;
  • Serving food and drinks to the residents and promoting social dining experiences;
  • Developing relationships with relatives to help support you in understanding their needs and developing their personal care.

  • Ideally, you'll have experience in administering medication
