This is an exciting new role and development opportunity for a Part Time Volunteer Reservist to join the implementation team that will provide dedicated Career Advice to RAF Reserves.  Although based at RAF High Wycombe, with occasional attendance required in person and at meetings/conferences around the UK, this role can be largely delivered on a remote working or hybrid basis, according to Service need and the needs of the individual. As a new role in an ever-expanding reserves environment, this is an opportunity for the right person to have a positive influence in the support provided to RAF Reserves. 
 
Roles and Responsibilities include: 

• Support the implementation and delivery of the Reserve Careers Advisors project. 

• Manage the overall PTVR Career Pathway for the development of those talented PTVR SP who elect to be part of this Pathway. 

• Delivery of CM advice for PTVR enlisted aviators of the Ground Combat & Security professions. Including future developmental roles/mobilisation opportunities, career courses and availability of positions. 

• Deliver guidance on SJAR completion and feedback. 

• Support SO2 Reserves CA and the Ground Combat & Security team with the delivery of careers advice to the Ground Combat & Security Profession.
