The Role

We are seeking an experienced and commercially astute professional to lead our Commercial Valuations team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the valuation process for a diverse portfolio of commercial properties, ensuring high standards of accuracy and compliance. You will work closely with senior management to shape the strategic direction of the firm and contribute to business development efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Commercial Valuations team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality valuation reports.
  • Oversee the valuation of a wide range of commercial properties, including office, retail, industrial, and mixed-use assets.
  • Provide strategic advice to clients on property investments, market trends, and portfolio performance.
  • Ensure compliance with RICS standards and internal governance frameworks.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement business development strategies.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

What We're Looking For

  • MRICS
    qualified with significant experience in commercial property valuations.
  • Proven track record in leading a valuations team and managing complex projects.
  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to provide strategic advice to clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • A proactive and hands-on approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in business development and a keen interest in contributing to the firm's growth.
