We're growing, and we're looking for a Street Food Kitchen Manager to lead our food hall kiosks, ensuring everything runs smoothly while keeping standards high and our customers coming back for more.

Role Overview

As a Street Food Kitchen Manager, you will be the driving force of our kiosk, overseeing daily operations, managing a small but passionate team, and ensuring every meal meets JCS's high standards. You will take ownership of stock, portion control, food safety, and the overall customer experience. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone ambitious, hands-on, and passionate about food to grow with a fun, fast-paced brand.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise the kiosk team to ensure smooth operations and excellent service
  • Ensure every meal tastes amazing and meets our portion and quality standards
  • Maintain high levels of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety
  • Manage stock take, ordering, and inventory control
  • Train and mentor staff in food prep, portioning, and customer service
  • Jump on the fryers and prep Japanese + Nashville fried chicken meals and mega sandos as needed
  • Foster a positive team environment and encourage professional growth
  • Handle any issues during service promptly, keeping the kiosk running efficiently

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, or Senior Crew in food service
  • Fluent English – clear communication is essential
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Organised and detail-oriented, especially with stock and portion control
  • Able to stay calm under pressure in a busy, fast-paced environment
  • Food Hygiene Level 3
  • Flexible and happy to work weekends & evenings
  • Passionate about food, service, and creating a great experience for customers
