The Role:

You'll be the engine of our business, identifying opportunities, engaging decision makers, and building relationships that fuel our growth.

This is a fast-paced, high-performance role. You'll make 100+ calls a day, maintain an average call time of 2.5 hours a day, and hit staggered revenue targets through your probationary period, before being on the higher consistent target monthly.

What You'll Do:

  • Generate new business opportunities through proactive outbound calls and digital outreach
  • Engage and challenge business decision makers, uncovering the pain points and business needs, and current contractual timeframes
  • Negotiate and qualify opportunities to company standards before collaborating with Corporate Pricing Specialists
  • Gather customer bills and usage data accurately to enable quotations
  • Maintain excellent data quality in HubSpot CRM and ensure GDPR compliance
  • Contribute to team success by sharing insights and supporting campaign improvements

  • Experience in B2B sales, telesales, or lead generation (energy/utilities experience a bonus)

What You'll Get:

  • £26,000 to £42,0000 basic + unrivalled commission and an OTE of £60,000 + incentives and salary matrix which could boost your basic to £70,000 per annum (performance based)
  • Work Life balance with a working pattern of Monday to Friday (
    NO
    bank holidays or weekends) working the hours of 08:30am to 16:30pm
