ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will drive planning excellence across the EMEA region by translating forecasts into executable plans, managing supply–demand balance, optimizing capacity, and collaborating with key stakeholders across the supply chain.
Develop, maintain, and execute the master plan in line with strategic and S&OP goals across EMEA.
Translate marketing forecasts into executable production and supply plans.
Monitor the supply–demand balance, identify risks, and propose mitigation scenarios to support decision-making.
Optimize capacity and resources through Rough Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP) and daily production scheduling.
Manage MRP, safety stocks, and phase-out of obsolete materials.
Ensure smooth order processing across harvest, sales, production, and distribution.
Act as a key link between growers, production, logistics, distribution, sales, and demand management.
Track and analyze KPIs such as order fulfillment, capacity utilization, and stock age, and translate insights into actions.
Coach and mentor Junior Master Planners and foster collaboration within the team.
Support process improvements and the development of planning tools to enhance efficiency and service levels.
Serve as back-up for the Master Planner Lead when required.
We are looking for an analytical and proactive professional with a strong understanding of supply chain dynamics in fast-paced environments. You bring both the technical skills and the interpersonal abilities needed to excel in a highly cross-functional role.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in planning or scheduling, preferably within a multinational FMCG environment.
- Familiarity with S&OP processes and supply chain dynamics in fresh products is a strong plus.
- Advanced user of ERP and planning systems with strong Excel skills.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and commercial abilities.
- Results-oriented and capable of prioritizing and performing under pressure.
- Fluent in English; Spanish and/or APICS CPIM certification is an advantage.
