SystemsAccountants is looking to hire a Internal Talent Acquisition Specialist. SystemsAccountants is the leading global financial systems recruitment consultancy, with European Headquarters in London and global offices in the Benelux, DACH, the USA, and Canada. With nearly 30 years' recruitment expertise in and around the Finance Transformation space.

Following a period of sustained growth we are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to help cement our growth trajectory through strategic hiring.

This is an exciting role for an experienced internal recruiter who understands the needs of a growing recruitment consultancy, thrives on building talent pipelines, and engaging passive candidates. You'll be instrumental in driving our internal growth, working closely with senior stakeholders to hire across our recruitment and operational teams.

What you'll do:

Talent Pipelining & Market Mapping

  • Proactively map the recruitment agency landscape and build deep networks within our markets and territories.
  • Maintain active talent pipelines for multiple internal roles and future needs across geographies.
  • Oversee and evolve our internal talent CRM/ATS database and sourcing processes.

Internal Hiring Lifecycle

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for internal roles: from role briefing and sourcing through to offer and onboarding.
  • Screen, assess, and present high-quality candidates aligned with our brand, values, and culture.
  • Manage interview logistics and provide detailed feedback to both candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage post-onboarding, review and mentoring of new hires to ensure expectations are met for both sides.

Candidate Engagement & Brand Building

  • Engage with passive talent through meetings, strategic outreach and long-term relationship building.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, representing our company values and unique proposition to potential team members.
  • Support employer branding initiatives, including social content, events, and campaigns.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Partner with hiring managers and leadership to forecast hiring needs and prioritise recruitment activities.
  • Provide market insights, salary benchmarking, and strategic input into the hiring process.

Who you are:

Essential:

  • Proven experience in Internal Talent Acquisition in a recruitment agency or professional services firm.
  • Strong track record of building and managing talent pipelinesacross sales and/or delivery roles.
  • Experience hiring into recruitment agencies or professional services environments.
    Skilled in talent mapping, market research, and passive candidate engagement.
  • Comfortable working autonomously and managing multiple roles and hiring priorities at once.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders and represent the company externally.

Desirable

  • Familiarity with the ERP, Finance Systems, Transformation or SaaS recruitment markets.
  • Experience using Hibob, LinkedIn Recruiter, Salesforce/ Target Recruit, and Teamtailor
  • Understanding of international hiring (e.g., UK, DACH, Benelux, US).
