Your role
The Senior Caretaker supports the whole school in providing premises services. This will include health and safety, compliance, security and site maintenance.
Your responsibilities
To lead and manage a team of premises staff to deliver the highest standards in a large secondary school.
You will need:

· has experience of leading and managing a large team
· has the knowledge and expertise to meet all statutory requirements
· is able to deliver an efficient and effective service, fit for purpose
· excellent communication skills and the ability to work with a range of both internal and external stakeholders.
