Customer Solutions Architect (Permanent, Full Time)
Are you ready to shape the future of enterprise connectivity? As a Customer Solutions Architect, you'll design and deliver innovative solutions across SD-WAN, LAN/Wi-Fi, and ISP services.

You'll work closely with sales teams and technical experts to translate customer needs into clear, commercially viable solutions - helping businesses thrive with cutting-edge technology. This is your chance to influence IT architecture strategies and make a real impact on how we connect our customers.

Salary
– Up to £52,000 per annum dependant on experience

Location
– Hull, Carr Lane, 2 days office based minimum

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead discovery sessions and produce high-level designs (HLDs) and option papers.
• Design resilient, diverse network solutions and build circuit designs.
• Create Statements of Work (SoWs), Bills of Materials (BoMs), and protect commercial margins.
• Support SMB Sales Desk and Field Account Managers with rapid presales enablement.
• Coordinate internal teams and partners for surveys, scoping, and governance.
• Maintain market and technology insight to inform propositions and pricing strategies.
• Own end-to-end solution governance through the sales cycle and handover to delivery with complete artefacts.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience designing service-led propositions and multi-product solutions.
• Strong technical background in enterprise networking and unified communications.
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and presentation.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage complex projects.
• Familiarity with delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
• Advanced MS Office skills; Cisco Black Belt certification (or willingness to complete) preferred.
• Degree-level qualification in a technical or business discipline is desirable.
