What you'll own:

  • Deliver planned and reactive support for automation and production IT systems, keeping high volume operations running flawlessly.
  • Lead automation activity across capital projects, from system upgrades to major improvements.
  • Drive continuous improvement, championing new technologies and smarter ways of working.
  • Resolve obsolescence issues and implement system enhancements that strengthen reliability.
  • Support business critical IT systems linked to plant operations, collaborating across engineering, quality and tech teams.

What you'll bring:

  • Degree in a relevant technical/engineering discipline.
  • Strong experience across automation, controls, PLCs, HMIs and SCADA.
  • Proven capability to lead automation/IT maintenance and project tasks.
  • Background in GMP/GAMP or other regulated environments.
  • Experience with serialisation tracking, vision systems and production IT.
  • A methodical, solutions driven approach.
