We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator to join our team at QubeGB. This will be a remote role with some office visits and travel if needed. 

We are offering a competitive package with 38k + many benefits. 

Your role: 

  • To be a key technical resource supporting and maintaining Qube's Salesforce-based CRM tool, used for Field Service and Inventory Management, Analytics and Reporting.
  • To provide all end users within the business with a high level of support to enable them to perform their daily activities.
  • To be involved in the full life cycle of technical projects
  • Work in partnership with other departments as required ensuring correct exchange of knowledge and successful transition of developments into production.
  • Guide / suggest other team members on best approaches.
  • Participate in code reviews and design sessions.
  • Act as Salesforce expert for the team.
  • Option to do a one week in three Out of Hours on call support and planned maintenances after a relevant probationary period

Experience that we are looking for:


• Good understanding of SQL and SOQL


• Proficient at handling and working with large, complex data sets.


• Strong numeracy skills 


• Identifying, investigating, and resolving Operational issues by performing root cause analysis


• Proven ability to define and document new requirements.


• Ability to present data to suit audience.


• Ability to interpret data to conclude an outcome.


• Experience across the full development lifecycle, preferably across both Waterfall and Agile methodologies


• Knowledge of APEX, and other Salesforce technologies – Process Builder, Flows, Triggers, Salesforce Reports and Dashboards, Data loader, Workbench


• A logical and systematic approach to change implementation and problem resolution 


• Excel and / or Power BI or equivalent analytics tools


• years in a similar development role


• Proficiency in web development, API integrations including REST and SOAP


• Qualification and experience in process analysis techniques


• Salesforce Field Service, Marketing Cloud Experience, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components


• Developing Salesforce workflows that integrate with 3rd party systems, sync and async connections


• Development of Webservices to integrate into Salesforce 


• Experience working remotely


• Experience in establishing automated deployments and continuous integration for Salesforce components


• Testing methodology experience
