Requirements
Skills, Knowledge, Aptitude
Essential

  • Competent Literacy and Numeracy
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Understanding of people's rights
  • Flexibility and reliability
  • Enthusiasm, motivation and commitment to working with young individuals and those with learning disabilities or challenging behaviours
  • Committed to working in a person-centred way
  • Ability to travel to different sites and transport young people where required
  • Desirable
  • Knowledge of the Health and Social Care Act and the Reach Standard
  • Experience in a similar field
  • Qualifications and Training

Desirable

  • NVQ level 3, or Diploma in Health and Social Care.

Essential Requirements

  • Full UK Driving Licence.
  • Access to a reliable vehicle

  • Attending mandatory face to face training.
