About The Role
We are looking to hire a Corporate Development Analyst. You will be the third member of the CorpDev team, driving Tide's M&A, Capital Raising and Strategy (including international expansion) efforts.

This is an exceptional opportunity: you will work alongside Tide's executive team, playing an instrumental role in shaping Tide's growth.

You'll be joining at an inflection point for the business - in the last few months, Tide has:

  • Been backed by TPG Rise at a unicorn valuation
  • Launched in France (our fourth market)
  • Crossed 1.6m users globally

As a Corporate Development Analyst You'll Be

  • Sourcing and working on all aspects of executing M&A transactions, including coordinating due diligence, financial modelling, negotiation and integration planning
  • Driving fundraising activities, including primary equity raises, secondary transactions and debt issuances
  • Managing investor relations and supporting our current investors
  • Working with Tide's leadership on strategic and product initiatives
  • Shaping Tide's financial strategy and international expansion

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience working in Corporate Development, Investment Banking, Private Equity, Venture Capital, Management Consulting or strategic functions of a fast growing technology company.
  • Proven analytical capabilities; the ability to use data to develop theses around markets, products and acquisition targets.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to drive projects collaboratively and communicate effectively at cross-functional levels.
  • Financial modelling experience, preferably for financial services and/or technology driven business models - even better if you are familiar with unit economics
  • Attention to detail and ability to build trust with management teams, senior leadership stakeholders and investors.
  • Self motivated, with drive to work independently when required and proactively generate ideas.
  • Ability to work in fast paced and unstructured environments, outside the hierarchy of an advisory firm; to take guidance but not to rely on it.
  • Critical judgement and a contrarian tilt: the ability to test claims, the confidence to challenge them where appropriate and a willingness to offer novel ideas (supported by robust analysis)

What You'll Get In Return

  • Time Off – Generous annual leave on top of bank holidays.
  • Parental Leave – Paid maternity, paternity, and adoption leave to support your family journey.
  • Sabbatical – Extended unpaid and paid leave options after completing milestone years with Tide.
  • Access to salary sacrifice benefits – like nursery savings and Cycle to Work discounts
  • Health Insurance – Comprehensive Private family insurance plan.
  • Life & Accident Cover – Comprehensive accidental and life insurance protection.
  • Mental Wellbeing – Access to therapy sessions, courses, meditations, and workshops.
  • Retirement Planning – Build your retirement fund faster with Tide's pension scheme.
  • Volunteering & Development Days – Paid days annually for volunteering or personal growth.
  • Learning & Development – Annual budget for books, courses, coaching, and more.
  • WOO (Work Outside the Office) – Work from abroad for up to 90 days annually.
  • Home Office Setup – Contribution towards setting up your home office
  • Laptop Ownership – Keep your old laptop and get a new one when it's time for a replacement.
  • Snacks & Meals – Daily breakfast spread with all-day coffee, tea, and juices..
