The following are essential for you to have in this rewarding role:-

· A good level of spoken English and the right to work in the UK.

· A valid clean enhanced DBS check (completed by us prior to your start date).

· Two professional references that can be verified by us.

· A trustworthy, compassionate, outgoing and friendly nature, with a good work ethic and a Client centred approach.

Being directly employed by us at Loyal Bee Care, we can offer:-

· Excellent rates of pay, up to £14.50 per hour depending on shift type, experience and qualifications, up to £20.25 per hour bank holidays. We also pay for TRAVEL TIME on top

· Exceptional training which allows you to develop your skills (delivered via eLearning, as well as in person), with support provided by our nurturing team to include Qualified Nurse Registered Managers.

· Fuel allowance of 45p per mile for travelling between Clients and from home to first visit.

. Paid travel time. (If you work 80 hours per month and extra £80 is added to you pay each month).

You will play an incredible part in supporting Clients to enable them to remain in their own home. Their home is the safe place that is familiar to them and quite often where they would rather be as an alternative to a care home. Being a Carer is an incredibly life changing and rewarding role.

Roles and responsibilities include:-

· Personal care – assisting with bathing, dressing and when necessary, continence support.

· Cooking and preparing meals (your food is free).

· Household chores and running errands.

· Getting Clients out and about.

· Medication management according to the Clients care plan.

· Companionship - sharing conversation, listening and spending time together.

· Mobility assistance - some Clients need assistance in getting around the home.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £13.50-£14.50 per hour
