Join Organic as our next Senior Paid Media Lead and help shape our paid proposition..

We are building a digital marketing team designed to thrive in the age of AI, and a strong paid media capability sits at the centre of that. We are looking for a hands-on paid specialist who can deliver for clients while also shaping the paid proposition we take to market.

You will help build an innovative, automated and data-led approach to paid, rooted in our core purpose: giving marketing leaders strategic clarity and becoming their trusted adviser. A strong grasp of brand and performance principles is valuable, including the thinking of Binet and Field.

Our work is customer led rather than channel first. You should be comfortable across Google, Meta, Microsoft and LinkedIn as well as emerging spaces like TikTok and Reddit. Confidence in using AI to improve paid processes, and an understanding of how automation strengthens performance, will be important.

You will also get to shape the toolkit, messaging and frameworks that underpin our offer. We always begin with a market map (our core product that shows all demand in a market across every channel), and you will play a key role in ensuring paid sits naturally within the wider Organic approach.

As a small team, this role suits someone who is both strategic and hands-on. You will be the core paid practitioner to begin with, delivering day to day work while also building a scalable model around you, including the option to develop offshore delivery support as volumes grow. This is a chance to create a differentiated, market-leading paid capability and make it your own.

Role purpose

To deliver paid media activity for clients while building the paid media proposition, toolkit and approach for Organic. This includes helping shape the offer we sell to market, designing an automated and scalable capability, and growing a team around the foundations you set.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and independently execute paid media campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Develop and refine the paid media proposition, including frameworks, messaging and our automation-first approach.
  • Support pitching, commercial planning and the development of materials that take our paid proposition to market.
  • Build a scalable model for delivery, including exploring offshore execution capability over time.
  • Create processes, standards and tools that will support the growth of the capability and future team.
  • Mentor junior contributors as the team expands and help shape future hiring needs.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and market research to inform decisions.
  • Work closely with Account, Project and Experience Design teams to integrate paid into the wider Organic approach.
  • Stay ahead of new technologies, AI tools and paid media trends.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Paid Media to shape departmental strategy and long-term direction.

Qualifications & experience

  • Degree in marketing, advertising, communications or related field would be beneficial.
  • 4+ years' experience managing paid media across major platforms.
  • Experience with AI tools, automated bid management and integrating data layers.
  • Strong expertise across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Microsoft Ads, TikTok Ads, Twitter/X, programmatic platforms and other relevant technologies.
  • Proven experience managing significant budgets, setting spend targets and demonstrating ROI.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • A track record of delivering and exceeding campaign goals.

Additional skills

  • Strong Excel / Google Sheets capability.
  • Knowledge of tracking across major platforms.
  • Google Analytics 4.
  • Google Tag Manager.
  • Google Looker Studio.
  • AI platforms for optimisation and automation.
  • Data targeting and acquisition platforms.
  • Multivariate testing platforms.
  • Automated bid management tools.
