We are looking for an experienced care coordinator to take on a varied role coordinating the day to day rotas and shifts of our clients and carers and supporting our clients by providing hands on care in the community. Support with on call out of hours will also be required.

What you will need:

  • A full UK driving licence and your own car
  • Flexibility to work alternate weekends
  • Availability to work on call out of hours on a rotational basis.
  • Minimum 1 year of care coordination experience (domiciliary care setting is essential)
  • Minimum 1 year of care experience (ideally with elderly individuals but not essential)
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
  • The right to work in the UK
  • Be over 18 years old
  • Be willing to obtain (through us) a clear enhanced DBS check.
