Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in the midlands for a White Goods Service Engineer. The role involves conducting field service visits to maintain and repair kitchen appliances, troubleshooting technical issues, and delivering quality technical support to customers. The engineer will also ensure efficient diagnosis and resolution of appliance-related issues to meet customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Troubleshooting and Maintenance & Repair of appliances
  • Field Service experience with a focus on providing on-site assistance
  • Proficiency in Technical Support to diagnose and resolve appliance issues
  • Excellent Communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers
  • Ability to work independently and manage a service schedule
  • A valid driver's license is required
