Assistant Roving Facilities Manager

Hybrid

North West London, East London, or Essex

Upto £35,000 + Car Allowance £3600

Are you ready to take the next step in your facilities management career? We have an exciting new role for an ambitious and motivated individual to join as an Assistant Regional Facilities Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience across a diverse property portfolio while working alongside a supportive and dynamic team.

About the Role:

This hybrid role has been created to provide essential support to our wider team and portfolio. You will receive three months of structured training, giving you the foundation you need to thrive in this position. Once trained, you will be assigned properties to manage, where your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring compliance across all assigned properties
  • Conducting regular inspections and overseeing health and safety procedures
  • Building strong relationships with tenants and stakeholders
  • Managing service charge budgeting and reporting
  • Supporting the wider team with ad hoc operational and facilities management tasks

Who We're Looking For:

  • Someone looking to make the next step in facilities management & has already some levels of experience within FM
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • A proactive and solution-focused approach
  • Previous experience in building management or facilities management is desirable, but not essential – we will provide full training
  • IOSH is essential
  • Clean driving license is essential
