We're on the lookout for amazing Support Workers to join our supported living services in Southport

In these services, we support adults with learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities, and mental health concerns to live life to the fullest — as independently as possible.

From personal care to holidays , community activities , and even playing games — no two days are the same


What we're looking for:
  • Resilient individuals who can adapt and support people through challenging times
  • Experience with behaviour that challenges? Big bonus
  • Knowledge of trauma-informed care or autism? Even better
Available Roles:
  • AS:

    Male staff only | Day shifts | Must be UK driver |  36.5 hrs/week

  • FR:

    Female staff only | Must be UK driver | 8.5 hrs/week | Sunday shifts (8am - 8pm, then 3pm - 8pm the next week)

  • MC:

    Female staff only | Must be UK driver | Bank/relief contracts | Variety of shifts

  • PS:

    Complex care or mental health experience required | 40 hrs/week | Mostly days

  • SNR:

    Female staff only | Full-time or part-time | Days (and sleepovers) + waking nights

  • PC:

    Female staff only | Must be UK driver | 37.5 hrs/week | Days + sleepovers
