Kinetic Law is a growing, forward-thinking law firm specialising in personal injury. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional client care and high-quality legal services. Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit an experienced RTA Solicitor to join our expanding team.
The Role
We are seeking a confident and motivated RTA Solicitor to manage a caseload of litigated road traffic accident claims. You will be responsible for progressing files efficiently, providing first-class client service, and achieving strong outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a caseload of RTA files from instruction to settlement
- Drafting court documents, witness statements, and instructions to counsel
- Negotiating settlements with third parties and insurers
- Ensuring compliance with deadlines, procedural rules, and firm policies
- Providing clear, supportive communication to clients throughout their claim
- Working proactively to meet performance targets and service standards
Skills & Experience:
- Qualified Solicitor
- Experience handling RTA cases (litigated or portal experience essential)
- Strong knowledge of the CPR, PI pre-action protocols, and case law
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to client care
