At B&Q we operate a hybrid work environment to increase flexibility in where and when we work, for this role we are looking for someone able to work from our head office 2-3 days a week. This is a full-time opportunity, Monday - Friday.

What's the job?
Our Finance Pathway Programme is a 36 month programme, to support gaining a professional Finance qualification (ACCA or CIMA). Alongside this, you will gain relevant work experience, rotating roles around our Finance department, as well as essential skills & behaviours training. There will be plenty of support along the way in the shape of your development from your peer group, line manager and mentor.

We are looking for driven individuals to join B&Q, the UK's leading home improvement retailer, which is part of the Kingfisher group. You'll be joining a fast paced, exciting finance team with a fantastic opportunity of future career development

• Forecasting cashflow
• Statutory reporting
• Performance analysis
• Project appraisal
• Core accounting in our operational team
• Strong Excel skills
• Communicating with a variety of stakeholders
• Supporting in high profile presentations to senior manager
