Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Spa Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various therapeutic techniques, including deep tissue massage, and possess excellent guest service skills. As a Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional treatments to our clients while ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their experience. Your ability to communicate effectively and manage guest expectations will be essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities

  • Provide a range of spa treatments, including deep tissue massage, makeup application, and other therapeutic services tailored to individual client needs.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation within the treatment rooms and spa facilities.
  • Engage with clients to understand their preferences and recommend appropriate treatments or products.
  • Upsell additional services or products to enhance the client experience and increase overall satisfaction.
  • Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and handling guest inquiries with professionalism.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery and a harmonious working environment.

Requirements

  • Relevant qualifications in massage therapy or beauty therapy.
  • Proven experience in guest services within a spa or hospitality environment.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • A passion for the wellness industry and commitment to ongoing professional development.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.
