Front of House Position at The Lemon Tree

We're looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Front of House Staff member to join our established team at The Lemon Tree. We are a bustling restaurant with a strong focus on great food and excellent guest care.

What You'll Do

As part of our front-of-house team, you'll be the face of our restaurant, making sure every guest has a fantastic experience. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting and seating guests with a warm, welcoming attitude.
  • Taking orders and serving food and beverages efficiently.
  • Maintaining a clean and organised dining area.
  • Working closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
  • Handling guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise with professionalism and a smile.

This position will be a minimum of 20+ hours per week, with a variety of shifts available including breakfast, lunch, evenings, and weekends.

  • A friendly and approachable personality, with a good sense of humour.
  • Strong guest care skills and a passion for providing great service.
  • The ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a high standard of personal presentation.
  • Previous experience in a restaurant environment is preferred, but not essential. We value a great attitude and a willingness to learn above all else.
