Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead the marketing efforts of a Sports Rehabilitation company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and a deep understanding of sports medicine, physical therapy, and rehabilitation. This role is pivotal in driving brand awareness, engagement, and growth within the sports rehab market.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Market Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to target the sports rehabilitation industry, identifying key market segments, trends, and opportunities.
  2. Content Creation: Generate high-quality, engaging content including blog posts, articles, videos, and social media updates tailored to the sports rehab audience.
  3. Product Promotion: Collaborate with the product development team to create and execute marketing campaigns for sports rehab products, highlighting their benefits and features.
  4. Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising, to increase brand visibility and lead generation.
  5. Events and Sponsorships: Manage participation in relevant sports rehab conferences, trade shows, and sponsorship opportunities to connect with professionals and potential clients.
  6. Customer Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including sports therapists, trainers, and healthcare professionals, to gather insights and feedback.
  7. Market Research: Conduct ongoing market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs.
  8. Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for maximum ROI.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • 3+ years of marketing experience, with a proven track record in the healthcare or sports rehabilitation industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of sports rehab trends, products, and services.
  • Strong digital marketing skills, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns.
  • Analytical mindset to measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
  • Strong project management and budgeting skills.
