Senior Associate
with a strong desire to disrupt the status quo, delivering impactful campaigns and communications that are remembered.

ABOUT YOU
Coldr seeks a highly motivated and results-oriented Senior Associate. The ideal candidate is a proven storyteller, adept at crafting compelling narratives and culturally relevant campaigns for both mainstream and underrepresented audiences. You'll have a strong track record of securing national and niche media coverage (print, digital, broadcast) and possess a deep understanding of how the media works. You'll be an adaptable, self-starter who is quick on their feet, loves words, writes powerful content and can work across teams to deliver integrated, impactful work.
HYBRID WORKING
This is a hybrid role, with team members working in our West London offices on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
MEDIA AND INFLUENCER RELATIONS
- Confidently build and manage relationships with journalists both reactively and proactively
- Draft and distribute well-crafted press releases with minimal input
- Confidently pitch stories to national and niche media outlets
- Conduct daily media scans and deliver timely updates to clients
- Develop comprehensive media lists for clients across all sectors
- Own coverage updates and monthly reporting
SOCIAL MEDIA
- A good understanding of social media platforms, with a flair for storytelling, ensuring brand voice is consistent, engaging and distinctive across platforms
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
- Assist with new business pitches and communication plans
- Conduct desk research and compile insights for pitch and content development
TEAM COLLABORATION
- Collaborate with the senior leadership team and oversee account executives and interns.
PROJECT AND EVENT MANAGEMENT
- Serve as the owner and primary contact for specific projects
- Owns tasks independently, ensuring timely and quality delivery
- Coordinate media and influencer events
- Contribute to and assist the team with daily project management tasks, including supporting shoots and content production
- Support on brand positioning, corporate profiling and reputation management
- Guarantee timely, high-quality client reporting and clear information delivery
INDUSTRY KNOWLEDGE AND THOUGHT LEADERSHIP
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging tech
- Share insights and perspectives with clients and colleagues
- Represent us at industry events and conferences
EXPERIENCE
- 3+ years of experience
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational and client interaction skills while fostering teamwork
- Passion for creativity, innovation, and a natural problem-solver
- Ability to manage up and work closely with all team members
- Exhibit excellent project management skills
- Strong relationships with national and independent media outlets is essential
SALARY
- To £34k, dependent on experience
BENEFITS

- £100/year to spend on a day out of the office
- Individual £750 annual training allowance
