Role Overview:
The Website Executive will be responsible for managing and maintaining the corporate website, ensuring it is accurate, engaging, and aligned with our brand and business objectives. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of digital best practices and experience working within HubSpot CMS enterprise.
Key Responsibilities:
Website Management: The Website Executive will oversee the day-to-day management of the corporate website, ensuring all content is regularly updated and maintained within HubSpot CMS. They will ensure that every page reflects brand guidelines, is visually consistent, and provides accurate information to visitors. Additionally, they will apply SEO best practices to improve search visibility and support overall marketing goals.
Performance and Optimisation: The role involves monitoring the website's performance to ensure optimal speed, responsiveness, and uptime. The candidate will conduct regular audits to identify and resolve broken links, errors, and outdated content. They will also optimise the site for both mobile and desktop experiences, ensuring a seamless user journey across all devices.
Collaboration: They will work closely with internal teams, including marketing, design, and development.
Analytics and Reporting: Tracking and analysing website performance is a key responsibility. The candidate will be proficient in using tools such as HubSpot and Google Analytics to monitor traffic, engagement, and conversion metrics. They will also be required to build dashboards in HubSpot and LookerStudio.
Compliance and Security: The hire will ensure the website complies with relevant data privacy regulations, such as GDPR. They will maintain security protocols and coordinate with IT teams to implement necessary updates and safeguard the site against potential risks.
Key Requirements:
HubSpot CMS on content enterprise: Must possess advanced proficiency in managing, updating website content, building & maintaining workflow. Need to be proficient in HubSpot workflow automation and have knowledge of its integration, CRM and data management.
HTML & CSS and Javascript: Skilled in HTML & CSS and Javascript to perform edits and troubleshoot.
SEO: Strong understanding of on-page SEO principles and best practices, plus experience in Google Search Console, SEMRush and
Analytics Tools: Proficient in Google Analytics 4 and HubSpot reporting for data interpretation.
Responsive Design & UX – Knowledge of mobile optimisation and user experience fundamentals.
Experience: Candidates should have 3-4 years of experience in website management or digital marketing and possess previous experience working with CMS platforms, particularly HubSpot.
Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills are critical for success in this role. The Website Executive should be able to manage multiple priorities effectively and meet deadlines. Clear communication and the ability to collaborate across teams are also essential.
