Job Title: ERF Fuel Supply Coordinator
Hours: 30 hours per week (can be spread across 5 days)
Maternity cover from December 2025
A quick look at the role
We're looking for an organised and confident communicator to coordinate the flow of waste fuel from over 45 Biffa locations to our growing network of Energy Recovery Facilities (ERFs). You'll act as the central hub for weekly planning, ensuring our tonnage commitments are met and any changes or disruptions are managed smoothly.
Your core responsibilities.
- Coordinate week-ahead tonnage planning and in-week updates across Biffa sites and ERF operators.
- Maintain strong relationships with site managers and ERF contacts to share updates on changes, outages, and opportunities.
- Track and optimise weekly supply to meet "Put-or-Pay" obligations and support performance reviews.
- Work closely with key stakeholders including Finance, Procurement and Transfer Station Managers.

- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, graphs, formulas).
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
- Confident working with multiple stakeholders and tight timeframes.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Clean driving licence (for occasional site visits).
