QA Manager
to lead quality assurance operations and support site development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the QA function, ensuring compliance with GMP and regulatory standards.
  • Support site set-up activities and contribute to establishing robust quality systems.
  • Drive continuous improvement and manage change effectively within the QA environment.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure quality is embedded across all operations.
  • Oversee audits, CAPAs, and documentation control processes.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience in a QA leadership role within the pharmaceutical or life sciences sector.
  • Experience in
    sterile manufacturing
    is highly desirable, but candidates from
    non-sterile environments
    will also be considered.
  • Strong background in
    site set-up
    ,
    quality system implementation
    , or
    managing change
    in a QA context.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
