The role

As Head Chef, you'll lead the charge — driving food innovation, championing quality, and inspiring a small but passionate team.

  • Proven experience as a Head Chef or ambitious Sous ready to step up.

  • A passion for modern British cooking — rooted in classics, elevated with flair.

  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to build a motivated kitchen team.

  • A track record of quality, consistency, and commercial awareness.

  • Creativity, drive, and a hunger to do things differently.
