Client Services Corporate Actions Analyst

JP Morgan - Bournemouth - 12 months contract - ONSITE - PAYE

We are seeking an Client Services Corporate Actions Analyst to join JP Morgan in Bournemouth on an initial 12 months contract. This is an entry level role where we will consider candidates with strong transferable skills including excellent attention to detail, analytical skills and numerical skills and training will be provided.

Job Summary:

As a Corporate Actions Analyst, you will be responsible for managing and processing mandatory corporate actions events. This role requires a keen attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders. You will need to ensure timely and accurate processing of corporate actions, while adhering to regulatory requirements and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Corporate Actions Processing:

  • Manage the lifecycle of mandatory corporate actions events, including dividends and interest rate events.

Communication and Coordination:

  • Provide clear communication with both internal teams, and external agents regarding corporate actions and their implications for clients.

Compliance and Reporting:

  • Monitor and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to corporate actions.

Process Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies within the corporate actions function.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of best practices and standard operating procedures.

Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proactive and adaptable to changing priorities.

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: £130.00 per day
