Triathlon Coach

We are looking for a passionate Triathlon Coach to join our PowerWatts coaching team and help build our triathlon community.
This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes triathlon, who understands the commitment, the grind, and the satisfaction of every transition, interval, and race day breakthrough.
The Role
You will work closely with our Head Coach and performance team to deliver structured, data-driven sessions for triathletes of all levels. Your focus will be on:
Running brick sessions (bike-run combinations) that simulate race-day intensity
Supporting our triathlon athletes with tailored performance programmes
Developing 1-2-1 coaching plans that integrate swim, bike, and run training
Acting as our triathlon representative, strengthening links with local clubs, events, and athletes
Helping build PowerWatts' triathlon presence in the community through events and workshops
About You
You have a strong background in endurance coaching and understand the science behind performance. Ideally you are:
A qualified triathlon or endurance coach (British Triathlon or similar)
Experienced in both group and 1-2-1 athlete development
Confident using data (power, pace, HR, and other metrics) to inform training
Personable, motivational, and able to engage both seasoned athletes and newcomers
Passionate about the triathlon lifestyle and community
