Frontend Developer

3 months contract

3 days per week in London, 2 days remote.

We are seeking a talented and driven Frontend Developer to join our dynamic team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge web applications. You will be instrumental in building rich, interactive user interfaces using modern technologies, with a focus on React and GraphQL.
While this role is heavily focused on frontend development, you will also be required to write controller code in C# to support the UI's functionality
. This role requires a strong understanding of TypeScript and the ability to work within a distributed technology stack, with exposure to SQL.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience as a Frontend Developer, with a strong portfolio showcasing React and TypeScript projects.
  • Solid understanding of GraphQL and its implementation in frontend applications.
  • Excellent proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Context API).
  • Familiarity with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library).
  • Understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.
  • Experience working with version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Proficiency in C# and experience writing controller logic
  • Exposure to SQL, and a willingness to learn more about backend systems.
  • Experience working in a distributed technology stack is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
