Your Story

We are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our Intro team, based in either our Carlisle or Newcastle office.

Focusing on the development and delivery of a new product to target new markets, the Senior QS will play a critical role in supporting the Commercial Director in delivering these new developments and in providing visible and effective leadership of the commercial functions across a portfolio of projects.

This is a rare opportunity to join the team in its mobilisation phase and to help shape its future. With 5 sites already secured and a further 9 under negotiation this is an exciting time to join the team to drive expansion. The successful candidate will be joining a team committed to delivering first in class projects, with an aspirational product that will make a lasting and positive impact.

We are looking for a diligent professional with experience in delivering results. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in the house building sector and have the ability to bring clarity to complex commercial matters, minimising build cost and mitigating error.
