Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service with charm, confidence, and care
  • Share expert product knowledge to inspire and delight our customers
  • Maintain impeccable presentation standards across the shop floor
  • Support daily operations, including stock management and merchandising
  • Create a welcoming and elegant environment that reflects the Fortnum's legacy.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in a fast-paced environment in a similar role
  • Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service
  • A friendly warm approach with great people skills
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends
  • Outstanding communication skills.

Important Information

Our Christmas Sales Associates will join us from November, should be fully flexible to work 5 out of 7 days on earlies, middles and late shifts including weekends, on a 40 hour per week contract. Start dates will occur every week from end of Novemebr to the start of December with most roles ending early January with the potential of going on to permanent roles. No extensive holidays can be considered during seasonal contracts due to business needs.
