About the Role

Due to the continued growth and success of our Social Video team, we're looking for
Channel Managers
of all
levels
and experience to join us on this exciting journey.

So, if you're a creative thinker who lives and breathes socials, and you've got an eye for what makes content go VIRAL - this is your chance to throw your hat in the ring early and be a part of something big

What the opportunity looks like

Please note: as we are looking for all levels and experience, the roles and responsibilities will look different depending on the role.

The essential day-to-day of the Channel Management team:

  • Managing the video content for our Facebook pages
  • Recognising viral content
  • Ensuring edits are slick and in-line with our brand
  • Monitoring insights using social media analysis tools, reviewing and reporting on effectiveness to maximise results
  • Always adhering to brand guidelines when posting content, reflective of the iconic voice of LADbible Group.

Skills and experience we'd like you to have

  • Experience running social media channels in a fast-paced, high output environment.
  • If you have experience managing a team in a social-media environment, let us know
  • An understanding of all the socials - Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms is essential
  • A keen eye to spot a video or story that our audience wants to hear about
  • Excellent written and organisational skills, as well as strong attention to detail
