We're looking for a hands-on Financial Controller to take ownership of our finance function in a fast-paced, scale-up environment. If you love rolling up your sleeves and making an impact, this could be for you

What we're after:

  • Fully qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA.
  • Solid group experience – multi-entity consolidation & intercompany reconciliations.
  • Significant recent and relevant experience in financial control or management accounting, including month-end close and audit.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, reconciliations, journals, reporting.
  • Strong analytical skills, turn complex numbers into actionable insights.
  • Comfortable managing VAT, PAYE, statutory accounts & external audits.
  • Great communicator, clear, concise, and confident with stakeholders.
  • Thrive in an SME/scale-up, proactive, fast-paced, and ownership-driven.
